A spicy, refreshing and healthy Indian raita made with curd and green chilli thecha. Perfect side dish for weight-friendly meals.

- Whisk the curd in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Add thecha, cucumber, onion and coriander. Mix everything gently.
- Sprinkle cumin powder, black salt and regular salt. Adjust seasoning as per taste.
- Chill the raita for 10 minutes for better flavour and serve cold.
Notes
Use homemade thecha for the best flavour. You can reduce thecha quantity if serving to kids or if you prefer a lighter spice level.
