Method
- Heat a non-stick pan on low flame. Add chopped almonds, chia seeds, flax seeds, and coconut flakes. Dry roast for 2 to 3 minutes.
- In a bowl, warm almond butter and coconut oil for a few seconds so they mix easily.
- Add roasted nuts and seeds to the almond butter mixture. Add vanilla and sweetener. Mix well to form a sticky dough.
- Spread the mixture on a plate or tray. Press it firmly into a square or rectangle.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour until set, then cut into small squares.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Great as a quick keto snack or pre-workout bite.
