- Cut the aloe vera leaf and wash it well. Remove the green skin and scoop out only the clear gel.
- Add aloe gel, water, lemon juice, and honey to a blender.
- Blend on medium speed for 20 to 30 seconds until smooth.
- Strain the juice using a fine sieve for a smoother texture.
- Serve immediately for best taste.
Notes
Use only clear aloe gel and avoid any yellow part, as it may cause bitterness. Drink in moderation, preferably on an empty stomach.
