- Add warm water to a glass. Make sure it is not too hot.
- Mix in the apple cider vinegar and stir gently.
- Add honey and cinnamon if you prefer a sweeter or spiced taste.
- Drink it on an empty stomach in the morning for best results.
Notes
Use raw and unfiltered ACV for maximum benefits. If you are new to ACV, start with 1 tsp and slowly increase to 1 tbsp. Avoid drinking it undiluted as it may affect tooth enamel.
