  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar (raw, unfiltered)
  • 1 cup Warm water (not hot)
  • 1 tsp Honey (optional)
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon powder (optional)

Method
 

  1. Add warm water to a glass. Make sure it is not too hot.
  2. Mix in the apple cider vinegar and stir gently.
  3. Add honey and cinnamon if you prefer a sweeter or spiced taste.
  4. Drink it on an empty stomach in the morning for best results.

Notes

Use raw and unfiltered ACV for maximum benefits. If you are new to ACV, start with 1 tsp and slowly increase to 1 tbsp. Avoid drinking it undiluted as it may affect tooth enamel.
