  • 2 large ripe avocados peeled and pitted
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp milk any milk, for smooth texture
  • 1 pinch salt to balance sweetness

  • Mixer Grinder or Blender

Method
 

  1. Add avocado pulp, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla and milk to a blender.
  2. Blend till smooth and creamy. Scrape the sides if needed.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness. Add a little more milk if you want a lighter texture.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes for better flavour and texture.
  5. Serve chilled, topped with fruits or nuts.

Notes

Use fully ripe avocados for the best creamy texture. You can swap honey with jaggery syrup or dates for a natural sweetener.
