Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a baking tray lightly.
- In a mixing bowl, add shredded chicken, onion, ginger-garlic paste, curd, chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala, cheese and salt. Mix well.
- Roll each bread slice gently with a rolling pin to make it thin.
- Place 1 to 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture on one side of the bread and roll it tightly.
- Brush each roll with a little olive oil and place them on the baking tray.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until crisp and golden.
- Serve hot with mint chutney or homemade yoghurt dip.
Notes
You can replace mozzarella with processed cheese or paneer if you prefer a lighter option. For extra flavour, sprinkle a little chaat masala on top before serving.
