  • 1 cup curd (yogurt) fresh and chilled
  • 1/2 cup grated carrot use fresh carrot
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp black salt adjust to taste
  • 1/4 tsp salt adjust as needed
  • 1 tsp green chilli (finely chopped) optional

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Add curd to a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
  2. Mix in grated carrot and chopped coriander.
  3. Add roasted cumin powder, black salt, regular salt, and green chilli if using.
  4. Stir everything well and chill for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use thick curd for a creamier texture. You can also add a pinch of pepper or chaat masala for extra flavour. For a lighter version, use low-fat curd.
