Method
- Add chia seeds to a glass and pour water over them. Stir well so the seeds do not clump.
- Let the chia seeds soak for 5 to 10 minutes until they swell and turn gel-like.
- Add lemon juice, honey or jaggery, and a pinch of black salt. Mix thoroughly.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or lemon as needed. Serve chilled.
Notes
You can add fresh mint leaves, a slice of lemon, or a bit of roasted cumin powder for extra flavour. Great for hydration, digestion, and weight management.
