Method
- Add chia seeds to a mixing bowl and pour milk over them.
- Mix well to avoid lumps and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Stir again once the seeds start swelling.
- Cover and refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours or overnight.
- Once thickened, add jaggery or honey and mix gently.
- Sprinkle cardamom powder and chopped nuts on top before serving.
Notes
For a richer taste, add 1–2 tbsp grated coconut or a few drops of rose water. Always add jaggery after soaking to prevent curdling.
