Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan on medium flame.
- Add sliced onions and sauté until soft and light golden.
- Mix in ginger garlic paste and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add chicken pieces and cook for 5 to 6 minutes until they turn white and start to brown.
- Add turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and stir well.
- Cover and cook for 5 minutes so the chicken turns soft.
- Add chopped spinach and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until it wilts and blends with the chicken.
- Sprinkle garam masala, mix well and switch off the flame.
Notes
You can add capsicum or mushrooms for extra fiber. Serve with roti or enjoy as a high-protein bowl.
