Method
- Take a bowl and mix minced chicken, onion, ginger garlic paste, haldi, red chilli powder, garam masala, besan, and salt.
- Shape the mixture into a flat patty.
- Heat oil on a tawa and cook the patty on medium flame for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Place large lettuce leaves on a plate. Add tomato slice and onion ring.
- Place the cooked chicken patty on top and wrap the lettuce around it like a burger.
- Press gently and serve fresh.
Notes
You can add green chutney or hung curd spread for extra flavour without increasing calories.
