Method
- Add avocado, milk, cocoa powder, honey and ice cubes to a blender.
- Blend on high speed for 30–40 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness. Add chia seeds and blend for 5 seconds.
- Pour into a chilled glass and serve fresh.
Notes
For a thicker shake, use half cup milk and half cup curd. For a vegan version, swap honey with jaggery syrup or dates.
