  • 1 stick Cinnamon Dalchini
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 tsp Honey optional, add after boiling
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice optional

  • strainer

Method
 

  1. Add cinnamon stick and water to a saucepan.
  2. Bring it to a boil and let it simmer on low heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Turn off the heat and strain the tea into cups.
  4. Stir in honey and lemon only after the tea cools slightly.

Notes

For best results, drink on an empty stomach in the morning. Avoid adding honey while the tea is very hot.
