  • 1 cup boiled sweet corn fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped tomato deseeded
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/4 tsp roasted jeera powder
  • 1 pinch black salt adjust to taste
  • 1 green chilli, finely chopped optional

Method
 

  1. Add boiled sweet corn to a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix in chopped onion, tomato, green chilli, and coriander.
  3. Add chaat masala, roasted jeera powder, black salt, and lemon juice.
  4. Toss everything well so the spices coat the corn evenly.
  5. Serve fresh as a light, healthy snack.

Notes

You can add pomegranate seeds or cucumber for extra crunch. Use steamed corn instead of boiled if you prefer a firmer texture.
