Method
- Add the steamed sprouts, besan, rice flour, onions, ginger-garlic paste, and all spices to a mixing bowl.
- Sprinkle a little water and mix gently. The mixture should be thick enough to hold shape.
- Heat oil in a pan for shallow frying on medium flame.
- Take small portions of the mixture and drop them gently into the hot oil.
- Fry until the pakoras turn golden and crisp, flipping occasionally.
- Remove and place on a tissue. Serve hot with green chutney.
Notes
For extra nutrition, add spinach or grated carrot. Use minimal oil to keep it light.
