  • 1 cup peeled cucumber cubes
  • 2 ripe kiwis (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey or jaggery powder adjust to taste
  • 1 cup chilled water or coconut water
  • 4-5 mint leaves optional for freshness

  • Strainer (optional)

Method
 

  1. Add cucumber, kiwi, lemon juice, honey, and mint leaves to a blender.
  2. Pour in chilled water or coconut water.
  3. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness or lemon.
  4. Strain if you prefer a lighter drink. Otherwise serve as is.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Use chilled coconut water for extra electrolytes. Add a pinch of black salt for an Indian-style flavour boost.
