- Add chilled curd to a mixing bowl and whisk it until smooth.
- Squeeze extra water from grated cucumber and add it to the curd.
- Mix in roasted cumin powder, black salt, and black pepper.
- Add chopped coriander and stir everything well.
- Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve chilled.
Notes
For thicker raita, use hung curd. You can also add chopped mint for extra freshness.
