Method
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or using a double-boiler until smooth.
- Cut the avocados, remove the seed, and scoop the pulp into a blender.
- Add cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Pour in the melted chocolate and blend everything until completely smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Transfer the mousse to bowls.
- Chill for at least 2 hours for the best texture and serve cold.
