Method
- Rinse the cucumber, mint, ginger and lemon well.
- Slice the cucumber, ginger and lemon into thin pieces for better flavour release.
- Add all the ingredients to a clean glass jug.
- Pour 4 cups of water and lightly stir.
- Let it rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours so the flavours infuse well.
- Serve chilled. Refill the jug once more using the same ingredients if needed.
Notes
You can refill water once using the same ingredients. Best consumed within 24 hours for freshness.
