- Add oats to a mixer and grind into a coarse powder.
- Add cocoa powder, dates, peanut butter and whey protein. Blend well.
- Add milk little by little until the mixture holds together.
- Mix in the dark chocolate chips with your hands.
- Roll into small bite-sized balls and refrigerate for 20 minutes to set.
Notes
Store in an airtight box in the fridge for up to 5 days. Makes a great pre-workout or midday energy snack.
