  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder Use good quality for richer flavor
  • 1/2 cup Dates (seedless) Soft dates blend easily
  • 2 tbsp Peanut butter (natural) Adds healthy fats and binding
  • 2 scoops Chocolate whey protein Choose any good-quality Indian brand
  • 1 tbsp Dark chocolate chips Optional for double chocolate taste
  • 2–3 tbsp Milk Add only as needed for binding

Equipment

  • Mixer grinder

Method
 

  1. Add oats to a mixer and grind into a coarse powder.
  2. Add cocoa powder, dates, peanut butter and whey protein. Blend well.
  3. Add milk little by little until the mixture holds together.
  4. Mix in the dark chocolate chips with your hands.
  5. Roll into small bite-sized balls and refrigerate for 20 minutes to set.

Notes

Store in an airtight box in the fridge for up to 5 days. Makes a great pre-workout or midday energy snack.
