- Heat water in a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
- Add fennel seeds and let them simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and let the water rest for 1 minute to absorb flavour.
- Strain the tea into a cup.
- Add honey if you prefer sweetness. Sip warm.
