Method
- Take a clean glass or bowl and add half of the Greek yogurt.
- Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
- Drizzle a little honey over the berries.
- Sprinkle chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, and almond slivers.
- Repeat the layering with the remaining yogurt and toppings.
- Serve chilled. Enjoy as a healthy breakfast or post-workout snack.
Notes
You can add banana slices or mango chunks during Indian summers. For extra crunch, add a spoon of granola.
