  • 1 cup chilled low-fat milk
  • 2 tsp honey Adjust based on mango sweetness

  1. Add the mango cubes, chilled milk, honey, and water or ice to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If it looks too thick, add 1–2 tbsp milk.
  3. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately for the best freshness and flavor.

Notes

For a thicker shake, use frozen mango cubes. For a protein boost, add 1 tbsp chia seeds or 2 tbsp Greek yogurt.
