  • 1.5 cups ripe mango cubes use Alphonso or Kesar for best flavour
  • 1 cup chilled low-fat milk
  • 2 tbsp honey adjust as per sweetness
  • 4 tbsp curd adds creaminess
  • 4 tbsp cold water optional for consistency

Method
 

  1. Add mango cubes, chilled milk, curd, and honey to a blender.
  2. Blend on medium speed until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Add a little cold water if you prefer a thinner shake and blend again for a few seconds.
  4. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra nutrition, add 1 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds. Always use chilled ingredients for the best texture.
