Method
- Mix curd, red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala and salt in a bowl. Coat the paneer patty and rest it for 5 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick pan and brush a little oil. Cook the paneer on medium flame for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden.
- Lightly toast the whole wheat bun on the same pan for better taste and texture.
- Spread mint yogurt sauce on both sides of the bun.
- Place lettuce, cooked paneer patty, tomato slices and onion rings. Cover with the top bun.
- Serve the Healthy Paneer Burger warm. Ideal with a side of fresh salad.
Notes
You can air-fry the paneer patty for a lower-oil version. Add cucumber or beetroot for more crunch and fibre.
