Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 1 cup ripe banana (sliced) about 150 g, medium banana
  • 1 cup ripe mango (cubed) about 165 g
  • 1/2 cup grapes (seedless) washed, halved if large, about 75 g
  • 1/2 cup papaya (cubed) ripe, about 80 g
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate arils about 40 g
  • 2 tbsp mixed nuts (almonds + cashews) roughly chopped, for extra calories and healthy fat
  • 2 tbsp honey for natural sweetness and energy boost
  • 1 tsp lemon juice freshly squeezed, optional for tang

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl

Method

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly and pat them dry.
  2. Peel and dice banana and mango; cube the papaya; halve the grapes if large; keep pomegranate arils ready.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine banana, mango, grapes, papaya and pomegranate arils.
  4. Add chopped mixed nuts (almonds and cashews) to the fruit bowl for crunch and extra calories.
  5. Drizzle honey and lemon juice over the mix and toss gently so fruits are evenly coated.
  6. Serve immediately for fresh taste or chill in fridge for 15–20 minutes if you prefer a cool salad.

Notes

You can swap papaya with seasonal fruits like chikoo or banana with avocado for more healthy fats. Adjust nuts quantity as needed for extra calories.
