  • 100 g Paneer cut into small cubes
  • 1 tbsp Curd for marination
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Olive oil or any cooking oil
  • 1 Whole wheat roti freshly made
  • 1/4 cup Onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Capsicum thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp Cabbage shredded
  • 1 tbsp Green chutney or low-fat mayo spread

Method
 

  1. Mix curd, red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala and salt. Add paneer cubes and coat well.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add marinated paneer and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on medium flame until lightly golden.
  3. Warm the whole wheat roti on a pan.
  4. Spread green chutney or low-fat mayo on the roti.
  5. Add cooked paneer, onion, capsicum and cabbage in the center.
  6. Roll the wrap tightly and serve warm.

Notes

You can add lettuce, fresh spinach, or a squeeze of lemon for extra freshness. Multigrain roti works well too.
