Method
- Boil water in a saucepan on medium heat.
- Add crushed ginger and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes for strong flavor.
- Add tea leaves and boil for another minute.
- Pour in milk and let the tea come to a gentle boil.
- Add jaggery or sugar and allow it to dissolve fully.
- Strain the tea into cups and serve hot.
Notes
For weight loss, reduce milk and jaggery. For stronger flavor, add 1–2 more slices of ginger.
