- Add curd and water to a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth and frothy.
- Mix in cumin powder, ginger, chopped coriander, black salt and green chilli.
- Taste and adjust salt or water as needed. Chill for 10 minutes for best flavour.
- Serve cold in glasses. Stir before serving as spices may settle.
Notes
For a smoother drink, strain the mixture before serving. You can skip green chilli for a milder version.
