- Add cumin seeds and water to a saucepan.
- Bring it to a boil on medium flame.
- Let it simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until the water turns light brown.
- Strain the water into a glass and drink warm.
Notes
You can drink jeera water on an empty stomach for better digestion. For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon once it cools slightly.
