- Heat oil in a kadai. Add cumin seeds and crushed coriander seeds.
- Add sliced onions and sauté until light golden.
- Stir in ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute.
- Add tomato puree, turmeric, red chilli powder, and salt. Cook until the masala releases oil.
- Add capsicum cubes and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Keep them slightly crunchy.
- Add paneer cubes and garam masala. Mix gently and cook for 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
Notes
Use fresh paneer for best results. You can lightly toast paneer cubes for firmer texture. Adjust spices to your preference.
