  • 1 cup ripe mango pieces peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup light coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp honey optional, adjust to taste
  • 4 tbsp chilled water adjust for consistency
  • 2 tbsp grated coconut optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Add mango pieces, coconut milk and honey to a blender.
  2. Blend on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add chilled water to adjust the thickness and blend again.
  4. Pour into glasses and top with grated coconut.

Notes

Use chilled mangoes for a naturally sweet and cold shake. Alphonso or Kesar mango gives the best flavour. Avoid adding sugar if mangoes are already sweet.
