- Add mango pieces, coconut milk and honey to a blender.
- Blend on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
- Add chilled water to adjust the thickness and blend again.
- Pour into glasses and top with grated coconut.
Notes
Use chilled mangoes for a naturally sweet and cold shake. Alphonso or Kesar mango gives the best flavour. Avoid adding sugar if mangoes are already sweet.
