  • 1 cup fresh mango pulp use ripe sweet mango
  • 10-12 leaves fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup chilled soda or sparkling water
  • 1 tsp honey optional for sweetness
  • 4-5 pcs ice cubes

Equipment

  • Mixing glass
  • Muddler or spoon
  • Serving glasses

Method
 

  1. Add mint leaves and lemon juice to a mixing glass. Lightly muddle to release mint flavour.
  2. Add mango pulp and honey. Mix well until combined.
  3. Fill the serving glasses with ice cubes.
  4. Pour the mango mixture over the ice and top with chilled soda or sparkling water.
  5. Stir gently and garnish with mint or a lemon slice. Serve immediately.

Notes

You can replace soda with plain water for a lighter and healthier version. Adjust sweetness as per your taste.
