  • 1 cup almond flour fine ground
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp matcha powder unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup vanilla whey protein powder keto-friendly
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 2 tbsp almond butter unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1–2 tbsp erythritol or stevia adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Method
 

  1. Add almond flour, coconut, matcha powder, protein powder, and chia seeds to a mixing bowl.
  2. Stir in melted coconut oil, almond butter, vanilla, and sweetener. Mix well until a soft dough forms.
  3. If the mixture feels dry, add 1–2 teaspoons of water to bind.
  4. Roll into small bite-sized balls using your hands.
  5. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to set and store in an airtight box.

Notes

You can replace almond butter with peanut butter if you prefer. Keep the bites refrigerated for freshness.
