- Add almond flour, coconut, matcha powder, protein powder, and chia seeds to a mixing bowl.
- Stir in melted coconut oil, almond butter, vanilla, and sweetener. Mix well until a soft dough forms.
- If the mixture feels dry, add 1–2 teaspoons of water to bind.
- Roll into small bite-sized balls using your hands.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes to set and store in an airtight box.
Notes
You can replace almond butter with peanut butter if you prefer. Keep the bites refrigerated for freshness.
