  • 1 cup methi (fenugreek) sprouts freshly sprouted
  • 1/2 cup cucumber finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup tomato finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp onion finely chopped (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1/4 tsp black salt
  • 1/4 tsp roasted jeera powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander finely chopped

Method
 

  1. Add methi sprouts, cucumber, tomato, and onion to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Sprinkle black salt and roasted jeera powder over the vegetables.
  3. Pour in the lemon juice and mix everything gently.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve immediately.

Notes

You can add boiled moong sprouts or pomegranate seeds for extra crunch and nutrition.
