  • 1/4 cup Almonds, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Cashews, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp Raisins optional
  • 1 tsp Coconut oil helps smooth melting

Method
 

  1. Line a baking tray with butter paper and keep it ready.
  2. Add dark chocolate and coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for 20–30 seconds at a time and stir until fully melted.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate onto the tray and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  4. Sprinkle almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, and raisins evenly over the chocolate.
  5. Tap the tray gently so the nuts set into the chocolate.
  6. Refrigerate for 25–30 minutes or until firm.
  7. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.

Notes

Use good-quality dark chocolate for best flavor. Add seeds like sunflower or chia for extra nutrition. Keep stored in the fridge during warm weather.
