Method
- Line a baking tray with butter paper and keep it ready.
- Add dark chocolate and coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for 20–30 seconds at a time and stir until fully melted.
- Pour the melted chocolate onto the tray and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Sprinkle almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, and raisins evenly over the chocolate.
- Tap the tray gently so the nuts set into the chocolate.
- Refrigerate for 25–30 minutes or until firm.
- Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
Notes
Use good-quality dark chocolate for best flavor. Add seeds like sunflower or chia for extra nutrition. Keep stored in the fridge during warm weather.
