Method
- Add oats to the blender and pulse for a few seconds till they turn slightly fine.
- Add banana, milk, honey and cinnamon. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice cubes and blend once more if you want a chilled smoothie.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
You can replace banana with mango or apple. For extra protein, add 1 tbsp peanut butter or a scoop of protein powder.
