  • 1 cup Rolled oats lightly roasted
  • 1/2 cup Mixed nuts almonds, cashews, walnuts
  • 1 cup Seedless dates chopped, natural sweetener
  • 2 tbsp Ghee adds binding
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder

Equipment

  • Mixer grinder
  • Non-stick pan
  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. Heat a pan on low flame and dry roast the oats for 3–4 minutes until they turn slightly crisp.
  2. Remove the oats and roast the mixed nuts for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Once cooled, grind the oats into a coarse powder.
  4. Pulse the nuts into a coarse mixture. Do not make a fine powder.
  5. Add chopped dates to the grinder and pulse until it forms a sticky mass.
  6. Heat ghee in a pan, add oats, nuts, dates mixture, and cardamom powder. Mix well for 1–2 minutes.
  7. Turn off the flame. While warm, shape the mixture into small ladoos.
  8. Let the ladoos cool and store them in an airtight container.

Notes

You can add chia seeds or flaxseeds for extra nutrition. Replace ghee with coconut oil if needed.
