  • 1 cup rolled oats lightly roasted
  • 1/2 cup jaggery grated
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp mixed seeds pumpkin, sunflower, sesame
  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Method
 

  1. Roast the oats in a pan on low heat for 2 to 3 minutes until they smell nutty. Keep aside.
  2. Warm the grated jaggery in the same pan on low flame until it softens.
  3. Add peanut butter, ghee, and cardamom powder. Mix well.
  4. Add roasted oats, chopped almonds, and seeds. Combine everything while warm.
  5. Once the mixture cools slightly, shape into small balls using your hands.
  6. Let them set for 10 minutes. Store in an airtight container.

Notes

You can add dates instead of jaggery for a richer texture. Ideal as a pre-workout energy snack.
