Method
- Roast the oats in a pan on low heat for 2 to 3 minutes until they smell nutty. Keep aside.
- Warm the grated jaggery in the same pan on low flame until it softens.
- Add peanut butter, ghee, and cardamom powder. Mix well.
- Add roasted oats, chopped almonds, and seeds. Combine everything while warm.
- Once the mixture cools slightly, shape into small balls using your hands.
- Let them set for 10 minutes. Store in an airtight container.
Notes
You can add dates instead of jaggery for a richer texture. Ideal as a pre-workout energy snack.
