- Add curd, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala, lemon juice, mustard oil, and salt in a bowl and mix well.
- Add paneer cubes, onion, and capsicum into the marinade and coat everything gently.
- Cover the bowl and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated paneer and vegetables onto skewers.
- Heat a grill pan or preheat oven to 200°C. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, turning in between until golden.
- Brush lightly with oil and serve hot with mint chutney.
Notes
For a smoky flavour, place a hot charcoal piece in a small bowl inside the marinated paneer, drizzle oil, cover for 2 minutes.
