  • 1 large banana ripe
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter natural, unsweetened preferred
  • 1 cup milk chilled; use toned or almond milk
  • 1 tsp honey optional, adjust to taste
  • 2 tbsp oats optional for thickness and fiber

Method
 

  1. Peel the banana and cut it into small pieces for easy blending.
  2. Add banana pieces, peanut butter, milk, honey and oats (if using) into the blender.
  3. Blend on high speed for 20 to 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.

Notes

For a thicker shake, freeze the banana before blending. Use almond milk for a dairy-free version. Add 1 tbsp chia seeds for extra protein and fiber.
