Method
- Peel the banana and cut it into small pieces for easy blending.
- Add banana pieces, peanut butter, milk, honey and oats (if using) into the blender.
- Blend on high speed for 20 to 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
Notes
For a thicker shake, freeze the banana before blending. Use almond milk for a dairy-free version. Add 1 tbsp chia seeds for extra protein and fiber.
