- Add pineapple, ginger, lemon juice and water to a blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth.
- Strain the mixture using a fine strainer to remove excess fiber, if you prefer a smooth drink.
- Taste and mix in honey if you want light sweetness.
- Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
Notes
For best results, drink it on an empty stomach in the morning. You can add a few mint leaves for extra freshness.
