  • 1.5 cups fresh pineapple chunks (frozen)
  • 1 cup ripe mango pieces (frozen)
  • 2 tbsp honey or jaggery syrup optional, adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp water only if needed for blending

Method
 

  1. Add frozen pineapple and mango pieces to a blender.
  2. Pour in honey or jaggery syrup and lemon juice.
  3. Blend on medium speed. Add a little water only if the mixture is too thick.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy, like a thick puree.
  5. Transfer the puree to a freezer-safe container and spread evenly.
  6. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
  7. Scoop and serve chilled.

Notes

For a smoother texture, blend again after 2 hours of freezing and refreeze. Use fully ripe fruit for natural sweetness.
