Method
- Add pineapple pieces and mint leaves into a clean glass jar or bottle.
- Pour 1 litre of water over them and stir gently.
- Close the lid and refrigerate for at least 2 hours for proper infusion.
- Serve chilled. You can refill the jar once more with water using the same fruits.
Notes
For stronger flavour, let the detox water sit overnight. Fresh fruits work best. Avoid adding sugar to keep it healthy.
