  • 1 tbsp sugar optional, adjust to taste
  • 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp black salt adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander finely chopped

Method
 

  1. Whisk the curd in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add chopped pineapple and mix gently.
  3. Stir in sugar, roasted cumin powder, and black salt. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander and chill for 30 minutes before serving for best taste.

Notes

For a healthier version, use fresh pineapple and low-fat curd. Avoid adding too much sugar to keep it light.
