  • 2 cups Pomegranate arils Freshly removed
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice Optional
  • 1 tsp Honey Optional, adjust to taste
  • 1/4 cup Water Only if needed

Method
 

  1. Add pomegranate arils to a blender jar.
  2. Blend on low for a few seconds until the seeds break and release juice. Do not over blend to avoid bitterness.
  3. Place a strainer over a bowl and pour the blended mixture. Press gently with a spoon to extract all the juice.
  4. Add lemon juice and honey if you like a slightly tangy-sweet taste. Mix well.
  5. Serve immediately for best freshness and nutrition.

Notes

Always use fresh pomegranates for the best flavor and color. Avoid blending for too long to prevent bitterness from the seeds.
