  • 1 cup cold milk (low-fat or almond milk)
  • 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp instant coffee powder
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 1 tsp honey or jaggery powder (optional) adjust for sweetness

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Add cold milk, protein powder, instant coffee, and honey into a blender.
  2. Blend for 20–30 seconds until smooth and frothy.
  3. Add ice cubes to a glass and pour the protein coffee over it.
  4. Stir gently and serve chilled.

Notes

You can use cold brew instead of instant coffee for stronger flavour. For weight loss clients, prefer low-fat milk or almond milk.
