- Add roasted pumpkin seeds to the blender and pulse once to break them slightly.
- Add banana, curd, milk (or water), honey, and cinnamon powder.
- Blend for 20 to 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra protein, add 1 tbsp chia seeds. For a dairy-free version, use coconut milk or almond milk.
