  • 2 tbsp roasted pumpkin seeds unsalted
  • 1 small banana ripe
  • 1/2 cup curd or Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup chilled milk or water adjust as needed
  • 1 tsp honey optional
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder optional for flavour

Method
 

  1. Add roasted pumpkin seeds to the blender and pulse once to break them slightly.
  2. Add banana, curd, milk (or water), honey, and cinnamon powder.
  3. Blend for 20 to 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra protein, add 1 tbsp chia seeds. For a dairy-free version, use coconut milk or almond milk.
