- Add pumpkin puree, oats, protein powder, peanut butter, pumpkin spice, and honey in a mixing bowl.
- Mix everything well using a spatula until a soft dough forms.
- If the mixture feels sticky, add a little more oats. If dry, add a spoon of pumpkin puree.
- Roll the mix into small bite-sized balls using your hands.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes to set and enjoy.

Store these bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. They make a great post-workout snack.
