Method
- In a mixing bowl, add ragi flour, whole wheat flour, and salt. Mix well.
- Add warm water little by little and knead into a smooth, firm dough. Rest it for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger garlic paste for a few seconds.
- Add cabbage, carrot, and capsicum. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame.
- Season with salt and pepper. Mix well and let the mixture cool.
- Roll small portions of dough into thin circles.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center, fold, and shape the momos.
- Steam the momos in a steamer for 10 to 12 minutes until firm and cooked.
Notes
Serve hot with spicy chutney. You can also add paneer for more protein.
